Who should consider attending TMCC High School?
- Students who are currently enrolled in their home school as a Freshman/Sophomore; TMCC High School does not accept new students for Senior year.
- Students who are focused and want to get a jump start on career or college education.
- Students who want to graduate high school with an Associates’ degree, Certificate of Achievement or college credits transferrable to a four-year institution.
- Students who are socially and academically mataure and are independent learners.
What is the Technical Pathways?
- In fall 2016, a new Technical Pathways option on the Edison campus will begin with a cohort of fifty 11th grade students working toward a Skills Certificate or a Certificate of Achievement in manufacturing, welding, production technology, automotive, etc. Click here for more information. While it would be nice if all students arrived “ready for college,” the truth is that some students develop the skills and habits they need to be successful once they attend TMCC High School.

What percentage of the students who attend TMCC High School are successful?
Of the students who are accepted and enroll at TMCC High School, only 5% choose another school to attend before graduation. The graduation rate of the school is consistently above 95%, with 100% graduation for the Classes of 2013 and 2014.
How much college credit can a student expect to earn at TMCC High School?
On average, students who complete two years at TMCC High School will earn 30-45 transferrable college credits. Students who enroll as sophomores, can earn up to 60 credits and graduate with an associates’ degree.
How do TMCC High School students compare to other college students?
Data shows that TMCC H.S. students have a 90% college course passage rate, as compared to a 75% passage rate of the general population. Even though TMCC High School students may be the youngest in their college classes, they are often better prepared for success. The rigorous entrance requirements are determiners of the college readiness of our students.
Do I have to pay for help in the Tutoring and Learning Center?
No, this is a free service for all TMCC students, including TMCC High School students.
